Return Policy

At One More Pickleball, we are committed to customer satisfaction.  If you find our products defective in any way, or if you’re disappointed with your purchase, please follow the guidelines below.

Full Refund:

• Merchandise purchased online on the One More website can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt to receive a full refund.  One More cannot refund the cost of shipping of the original shipment.
• Returns must be initiated via email to info@onemorepickleball.com.  Items returned without first initiating the return process will not be accepted.
• All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received.
• Exchanges are not supported at this time.  Please return your original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.
• Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
• Once an order is shipped, the address may not be able to be changed. One More cannot offer refunds for packages shipped to an address that the customer does not have access to.

Once we have received your item, we will issue a refund within 3 business days. Credit will be applied to the form of payment used for the original purchase.
